Whats a macro?
Simply put macros are carbohydrates, protein, and fat. That is, everything we eat fits in one of those categories. There is a 4th category that includes processed food, food like foods and alcohol.
I’m not a purist with my food, and I teach that all foods can be part of the game of Food Freedom once you get the strategies down that is. You will understand exactly what foods fit on any given day in the carb cycle, even including some from that 4th category.
So, What Do I Eat?
You get to choose to eat the foods you love as long as they fit your macros for the day! That’s the game in a nutshell. You play with food and figure out what food and combination of food do the job of keeping your body energized, satisfied and in a fat burning state.
